Our customer service is available 24/7 but some hardware issues are automatically addressed by our redundant systems. If required, you can opt for redundant systems including multiple data access points to the Internet, dual hot-swappable power supplies for each server, multiple hot-swappable disk drives for servers and other redundant systems to ensure reliability.
